This little seashell is approximately:   1 1/8 inches wide   5/8 inches tall

You are purchasing one hand-painted seashell created by me, Janice Marois. I used oil paints carefully applied over several days (okay -- a week or two usually) so that you'll get a good depth of color and thorough drying of the layers. She's signed in the tall pine tree to the right of the hole in the shell. The hole was natural; I thought it was pretty nifty and gave character to this seashell. Because there is a second layer in the back, I've painted the "inside" part as well, so the picture flows through to the back -- think three-dimensional mountain tops, trees and sky. (grin) Anyway, I like how it turned out and you will too. Additionally, I'll include the base/stand I created for displaying this gem. Specifically, the Mercury dime is not included.
