This hand-painted seashell is entitled "Lovely Lake" |
You are purchasing one hand-painted seashell created by me, Janice Marois. I used oil paints
carefully applied over several days (okay -- a week or two
usually) so that you'll get a good depth of color and thorough
drying of the layers. She's signed at the base of the second
tree on the left closest to the lake. Additionally, I'll include the
base/stand I created for displaying this gem. Specifically,
the silver Liberty quarter is not included. Also, you might
note the toothpick below my userid... that's my own invention -- a single-strand
of sable paintbrush tiny enough to make the most delicate of
lines.
