Born in the Dark Ages before the Dead Sea was even a tiny bit sick, a love of books came naturally to me. I grew up aboard a 40'er (she's shown on the Boating and Sports pages) and we read extensively. For lack of interest, television was just not a part of my life aboard the boat, thus books became a primary source of both entertainment and education. The magical worlds found within the pages of numerous books continues to delight. I'm so fortunate to be able to share my love of the printed media with others.... Folks, it really doesn't get much better than this! 

In addition, I've been blessed with SABLE.  An what is SABLE? It's a wonderful enchantment of course:

Like many creative people endowed with SABLE, I intend to share!  Not to worry -- there's plenty for everyone. Although I intend to live forever (I'm working at that as we speak) I'm pleased to be able to offer great items for your collection too.

Our family has been blessed by the collectivity gene, and after decades of enthusiastic acquisition, the time has come to downsize. Realizing and accepting this, our online business was born in the summer of 1998. Expansion to our own website allowed us to cut the shipping costs charged by the "big guys" and sell direct. We both win -- you save money and we can offer lower shipping fees.
