*Excellent* for the artist, with exact detailed drawings of
many (all?) structures and the fancies found on them. Superb,
everything from lettering to rooftops, and plumbing, cornices,
windows, wood joints, doors, etc.
Condition-wise, the binding at the spine is MIA. Otherwise, I saw a couple places with pencil notes the first time I went through this gem, but none since. They're there though... nothing obtrusive, but I like to know what's what when I buy. Anyway, though not pristine, the contents are sure to be appreciated. It's amazing, detailed and delightful. The one on page 186 looks right nice to me. (smile) 324 pages.
